Standard Key Holding Services

Bi-Weekly Property Check to include –

  • Test all appliances, electrical equipment, gas and water supplies
  • Visual inspection of interior of apartment
  • Monthly full check of central heating (October to March) and Air Conditioning (April to September)
  • Monthly Newsletter (x 10 – not July August)  and Property Report

 Key Holding Plus Service

As above with the additional services of:

  • Post collected monthly. Anything of urgency identified, is opened and scanned to owner via email.
  • Plants watered on a weekly basis

If there is a problem upon Inspection of your property, we will contact you immediately and liaise with Resortalia and contractors on your behalf to resolve the situation AFTER you have given us the go ahead for any expenditure – there will never be any surprise bills presented to you.

Call out Fee

A call out fee may be chargeable if we are required to attend the property for any reason due to faulty appliances, to reset boiler etc and for utility connections.

Furniture Delivery

We can be present if required to accept your furniture delivery.  If we are required to unpack and assemble the goods, this will be charged by the hour.

Cleaning

If you are fed up with spending the first and last days of your holiday cleaning and washing laundry why not let Riquelme Property Services do this for you?  You can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing that on your next visit your property will be clean and ready to enjoy again.

  • Open and air property
  • Vacuum and wash floors
  • Clean kitchen and appliances
  • Ovens requiring excessive cleaning will be charged at €15 extra
  • Clean bathroom
  • Clean and dust furniture
  • Clean windows inside and out
  • Clean Terrace
  • Laundry – to include washing of bedding and towels
  • Glass curtains are not included in a standard clean however these can be included (price depending on size of terrace)

(Please note if you have requested our cleaning services, your apartment clean will not be carried out until 48 hours prior to your (or your guests) next visit. This is to ensure that your apartment has the ‘clean and fresh’ feel ready for you or your guests’ arrival).

Meet and Greet –

We will meet your guests by the Gate House at the entrance to the resort.  On arrival, they will be shown around the resort and your apartment, including instruction on how to use the facilities available, and the keys will be handed over.

Welcome Packs

Arriving late or on a Sunday and the supermarkets are shut?  Why not purchase a ‘Welcome Pack’ for you and your guests.  Please ask for our ‘Welcome Pack’ booking form.   Prices are based on current supermarket prices.

Airport Transfers

Unfortunately due to Spanish law we are unable to offer this service directly. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

However, do please contact us if you require taxi numbers or collection from an airport and we will give you details of a reputable contact or arrange it directly with them.

Building Maintenance

We can obtain quotes on your behalf from reliable contractors (examples of their work can be seen by prior arrangement) for all types of building maintenance however big or small. This includes decorating, terrace sealing, boiler and air con maintenance, plumbing gas and electrical work, glass curtain installation, utility window installation as well as ALL general building maintenance.
